1. The service

SnapGhar is a private family photo-sharing service designed for small family groups. The core experience is a home screen widget showing a daily family moment.

2. Acceptable usage

• Use SnapGhar only for lawful purposes.
• Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, or violate the privacy of others.
• Do not attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content.

3. Private family sharing rules

SnapGhar is meant for trusted family circles. You are responsible for who you invite and what you share. If you share content you do not have rights to, you may be liable.

4. Content ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to provide the service to you and your family members.

5. Family size

SnapGhar is designed for small families. We may enforce a maximum family member limit in the app to maintain a private, intentional experience (for example, up to 5 members).

6. Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Keep your contact details up to date if applicable.

7. Prohibited activities

• Reverse engineering, exploiting, or interfering with SnapGhar systems.
• Uploading malware or attempting to bypass security rules.
• Scraping or mass-collecting data from the service.

8. Ads

SnapGhar may show banner and/or interstitial ads. Ads are provided by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob) and may be subject to their terms and policies.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create risk for users or infrastructure. You can delete your account at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
