Child Safety Standards (CSAE)

SnapGhar is a private family photo sharing app. We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

1. Prohibited content & behavior

The following is strictly prohibited on SnapGhar:

  • Any sexual content involving minors, including images, videos, or text.
  • CSAM/child sexual abuse material in any form, including links or attempts to obtain it.
  • Grooming, sextortion, exploitation, trafficking, or any attempt to sexualize or harm a child.
  • Sharing, requesting, or encouraging sexual content involving minors.

2. Enforcement

  • We remove prohibited content when identified.
  • We suspend or ban accounts involved in CSAE/CSAM.
  • Where legally required, we may report suspected CSAM/CSAE to relevant authorities.

3. Reporting & contact

If you believe a child is in danger, contact local emergency services immediately.

4. Child safety by design

  • SnapGhar is designed for private family groups (no public feed or discovery).
  • Access is controlled using authentication and security rules.
  • We work to prevent misuse and respond to reports promptly.
